structs我用过，但是用得很肤浅，所以没敢上到项目里，有时间再仔细研究。EJB好大一个题目，你还是问cugar吧，他们现在在做。有不少书可以参考:Core J2ee Pattern, EJB Design Pattern等等。

每个项目都不会给你长时间去学习
所以只能自己有时间的时候看看
