within a range of 200+/- enable lvl, fengbo rate is bias toward 50%. The rate public fengbo me and i fengbo public almost no big difference. And the 3 tick busy can exactly allow 2 cast, in which most hh can finish xiaowenz for sure.
So fengbo is a good weapon to challenge hh, but definitely not my favorite way to fight, except under certain special situations. So disappointing... idle.
